Our Delivery Policy
We have
teamed with
Canada's leading delivery providers for fast and reliable service to your door. Delivery of your order is typically attempted on regular business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) between 8 am and 5 pm. Most regular and expess deliveries are shipped by Canada Post via Expedited Service. An order submitted by 7 pm EST usually ships from our fulfillment centre within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) of order receipt. The number of days required for order processing and delivery is estimated, but is not guaranteed. Orders to small centres or remote locations may require extra shipping time. In addition, extreme weather conditions and seasonal peaks may cause delivery delays. Delivery charges are based on the weight, size and destination of the items you order.
Delivery of some items directly to customers
in certain remote locations may not be possible
or may incur additional delivery charges. In these instances, a customer service
representative will contact you to discuss the handling of your order. Delivery of your order will typically be attempted on regular business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) between 8 am and 5 pm. If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery and a safe drop location is not available, the courier will leave you a notification card to indicate how to obtain your order.
The risk
of loss for the items in your order passes to you (the purchaser) at the time of
delivery to the third party delivery service provider. All our orders do have shipping
insurance included in the cost of shipping.

Our Shipping Policy in Canada
Shipping insurance is included with shipping and handling charges. Products
are shipped from Monday to Friday.
Example: Medela Advanced Breast Pump is shipped Canada Post Expedited with Insurance included. Cost is $20. Delivery time 1 to 4 Business days.
Medela Nursing Bra is shipped Canada Post Expedited with insurance included. Cost is $5.
Our Return Policy
Our Returns Center makes it easy to return an item! You can return items via mail
with a printable receipt. Items eligible for returns must be new, unused,
and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Most items must
be returned within 30 days. Some items are subject to special return policies.
While we can replace damaged or defective merchandise, we can't exchange items.
Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the item
you want. When we receive your return, we'll issue a refund.
Also, please note:
- All breastpumps, breastfeeding accessories, must be
returned unopened with factory seal in tact.
- All Nursing Bras must be returned within 7 days of receipt
in unused condition. Underwear cannot
be returned due to hygienic reasons.

a return authorization will be sent back to sender at sender's expense.
Our Methods of Payment Policy
It's easy to make a purchase at our web store. For your convenience, we accept VISA,
Mastercard, PayPal. We only accept cards that have been issued in
Canada or the United States. Please note that all our advertised prices are in Canadian dollars.

Our Security Policy
Shopping online
is no longer a new phenomenon. When paying by credit card on our site, your card
details are encrypted for the transaction (using Secure Socket Layer technology,
or SSL), making it more secure than giving your card details over the phone.

The Birth Experience reserves the right to ship only to certain locations.
In the event that we cannot ship an item to your location, we will contact you to
discuss the handling of your order.
