"My son, Deven, is almost 3 months old and I can securely say that I feel like a strong & confident new mom.  This is largely thanks to Melissa.  It is difficult to imagine that someone you have only known a short while can provide you with so much comfort, caring and support.  Even though I had the help of my family, Melissa gave me something no one else could - confidence.
She has been part of my son's life from his first breath and hasn't stopped caring since.  During my first week home, Melissa was a god-send, especially at 3 in the morning!  She not only gave me the tools I needed to get through those rough first few days but she also gave me the support and advice that made me believe in myself to be a great mom.  Almost as important, she gave me a few hours of much needed sleep!
Melissa is patient, extremely caring and thoughtful (thanks for the tea at 3 am, folded laundry just so I wouldn't have to and the hugs that always came at the right time!)
I know I would have eventually figured everything out on my own but having Melissa here with us made the first couple of weeks enjoyable & memorable as an extremely positive experience which can be a challenge with only a couple of hours of sleep a night.
